Common questions
How does Node decide the order of my stops?
You give Node the stops you need to visit. Node sends them to a route-optimization engine that picks the sequence that minimizes overall travel time, starting from your current location and ending at your saved home base. Unfinished stops are re-sequenced if you edit the route mid-day.
Why does Node ask for my location?
Your current location is used as the starting point when optimizing a route. Location is only read when you actively create or update a route — Node doesn't track you in the background.
What is “home base”?
Home base is the place you return to at the end of every route (your depot, home, or office). Node uses it as the end point when optimizing your stops. You can set or change it from the Profile tab.
How do I change my password?
Open the Profile tab and tap Change password. If you signed up with Apple or Google and don't have a password yet, the same tile reads Create password.
Can I use Node without an internet connection?
Node needs a connection to sync your routes and to run route optimization. Once a route is loaded, you can continue marking stops complete while briefly offline — changes sync once you're back online.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your saved routes. If you run into trouble, email abdulmalik@axiom.ng and we'll take care of it.
I found a bug or have an idea. Where do I send it?
Inside the app, open Profile → Share feedback — you can submit a bug report, idea, or general feedback straight from there. Or email us directly.
Managing your account
- Change your password — Profile tab → Change password.
- Update your home base — Route details → Home base card, or when creating a new route.
- Send feedback or report a bug — Profile tab → Share feedback.
- Delete your account — Profile tab → Delete account. This is permanent.
- Read our privacy policy — /privacy.
