Rules of the road.

By downloading, installing, or using Node, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

You must be at least 13 years oldto use Node, and if you're between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. One account per person. The information you give us at sign-up (for example your email) must be accurate.

Node takes a list of stops you give it and suggests an order that reduces total travel time. It integrates with Google Maps Platform for address search and route optimization. Node is a planning tool — it is not a self-driving system, not navigation guidance, and not a replacement for your judgment as a driver.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you sign in with Google, the security of that account is also yours. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else: email abdulmalik@axiom.ng.

Routes produced by Node are suggestions, not commands. Road conditions, closures, local traffic laws, and simple common sense may mean a suggested stop order or path is not the best one to follow. You are solely responsible for driving safely and lawfully. Do not interact with Node while the vehicle is in motion. Axiom is not liable for accidents, fines, damages, or losses that result from your driving decisions.

When using Node you agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal activity, including trafficking, smuggling, or violating transport laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or the APIs it calls.
• Scrape or resell the data the app provides, including the optimized route output.
• Try to access another user's account, bypass authentication, or probe our systems for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Submit abusive, misleading, or unlawful content through the in-app feedback form.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The routes, stops, and feedback you enter remain yours. By submitting them through the app, you grant Axiom a limited license to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service — for example, to sync your routes across your devices or to optimize them. We do not use your route data for advertising.

Node integrates with services from Google (Firebase, Google Maps Platform) and Apple (App Store, in-app review). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.

Node is free to use today. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will clearly mark what costs money and get your explicit consent before charging you.

Node is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that the route order it produces is optimal. Route optimization depends on third-party data (Google) that can contain inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Technologies LTD, its officers, and its employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Node, including lost profits, lost deliveries, vehicle damage, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim relating to Node will not exceed the amount you have paid us to use the app in the previous 12 months (which is zero while the app is free).

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account (Profile tab → Delete account) or by uninstalling the app. We may end it — suspend or close your account — if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that endangers others or our systems. On termination, your access ends and, if you delete your account, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Node after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that can't be resolved by writing to abdulmalik@axiom.ng first will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria, except where consumer-protection law in your place of residence grants you other mandatory rights.
